- Reassign between riders freely. There is no swap fee and no limit.

- 12 months, with three months, on a 12-month term.

- Monthly invoice on account, 30 days

- Not available. Reassign the bike instead.
Your fleet contact
One person here, one person there
Every fleet account has a named person at your company who speaks to us, and a named person here who speaks to them. The fleet contact can see every bike on the account, book repairs for any of them, reassign a bike from one colleague to another, and ask about the invoice.
Contract terms, pricing, bike count and cancellation go to the account manager rather than being answered over chat. We will tell you who that is and when they will come back to you.
A rider who contacts us directly gets help with their bike. Service items are copied to the fleet contact.
Getting a quote
Tell us the city, how many bikes and roughly the split between City and Cargo, and an account manager comes back to you with a price and a start date.
