The rules, in plain words
One free swap every twelve months. Further swaps cost NOK 490. Moving from City to Cargo is a swap plus the new price from your next invoice, and the same in the other direction.
Cargo bikes have a waiting list in Bergen and Trondheim more often than not. We will tell you where you stand rather than give you a date we cannot keep.
Business accounts reassign bikes between riders freely, with no fee and no limit.
Swapping your bike, in the help centrePause up to two months a year, in whole weeks. The first month is free, then it is NOK 290 a month. The bike stays with you and the cover continues.
A pause cannot start in the first three months and cannot be backdated. It resumes on its own at the end of the period you set.
Business subscriptions cannot be paused. Reassign the bike to another rider instead.
