Where we deliver

Five cities, a mechanic van in each

We deliver and repair inside the areas the vans cover, which is the city and the near suburbs. If your address falls outside, we say so at sign-up rather than take the order and cancel it later.

Where Sykla started, with twelve bikes rented out of a garage in Grunerlokka. Two vans now cover the city and the near suburbs.

Hills and rain, which is exactly what an electric motor and a covered workshop visit are for. Cargo bikes have a waiting list here more often than not.

Wooden houses, a long winter and a short flat centre. Studded tyres go on from the middle of October.

The busiest cargo city on the network. Most of our Copenhagen customers are carrying children rather than shopping.

The newest city, and the one with the longest bridges. Delivery slots run the same as everywhere else.

Moving between cities

Changing address inside your own city is a change we make for you. Moving to another Sykla city is a cancellation and a new sign-up, because the bike belongs to the fleet it was delivered from. Tell us and we set both sides up together.
