We bring it to the door
A mechanic hands it over, sets the lock up in your app and leaves. Nothing to assemble and nothing to collect.

Ride it. Lock it from the app
The frame lock opens and closes from your phone. There is no key to lose and nothing to carry.

When it breaks, we come to you
Book a mechanic in the app. We repair at your address, usually within three working days. That is the whole point.

We would rather tell you the rule than sell you the feeling.
- Three working days
- The promise on an ordinary repair, at your address. Two working days on a fleet bike, next working day if the bike is unsafe.
- Two-hour slots
- Weekdays 08 to 20, Saturdays 10 to 16. Free to change until 18:00 the day before.
- Theft cover included
- NOK 500 excess on City and Business, NOK 1 000 on Cargo. A replacement inside five working days.
- Pause when you need to
- Up to two months a year on City and Cargo. The first month is free.
