Reassigning riders
Moving a bike between colleagues.
Bikes on a fleet account move between riders freely. There is no swap fee and no limit.
How to do it
Tell your Sykla contact which bike is moving and who is taking it. The new rider gets the bike on their app account and the old rider loses it.
Instead of pausing
Business subscriptions cannot be paused. If someone leaves or is away for a long period, reassign the bike rather than trying to stop the line on the invoice.
Bikes that need to move address
If the bike is going to a rider in a different part of the city, tell us and we move the service address with it. Another city is a different fleet and a different conversation.
