Theft cover is included in every plan. The excess is what you pay when a claim is made.

• Sykla City: NOK 500
• Sykla Cargo: NOK 1 000
• Sykla Business: NOK 500 per bike

How it is charged

The excess goes on your next invoice. It is not taken separately and it is not asked for before the replacement is sent.

In Denmark and Sweden

The equivalent amount in your local currency applies, set per city.

If you disagree with an excess that has been charged, ask us. A person looks at it.
