Credits
Where a credit shows up and when it is used.
Credits appear on your next invoice, as a negative line with a short description of what they are for.
Where they come from
- Goodwill, where something went wrong on our side.
- A day's credit during an incident that affected your bike.
- An adjustment after a billing error.
How they are used
A credit is taken off the next invoice automatically. If it is larger than that invoice, the rest carries to the month after. Credits are not paid out to a card.
You do not have to ask for a credit to be applied. It happens on its own.
