Payment failures
What happens when a card is declined, and how to update it.
Cards expire and banks decline things. It happens, and it does not put your subscription at risk on the first attempt.
What happens
We tell you the payment did not go through and try again. Your bike, your lock and your cover carry on working while we sort it out.
Updating your card
Change the card on your account in the app, or ask us and we will send you a link. We will send a one-time code first, because a payment method change is worth being sure about.
If it keeps failing
We will get in touch rather than let it run. Talk to us early. Nobody at Sykla enjoys this part either.
