Understanding your invoice

You are charged monthly in advance, on the same date each month, to the card on your account. Business accounts are invoiced monthly on account with 30 days to pay.

The lines

• Subscription, one line for the month ahead.
• Pause, where a paused month is charged at NOK 290 after the first.
• Swap, NOK 490 where the free yearly swap has already been used.
• Excess, after a theft claim, at the amount your plan sets.
• Credits, shown as a negative line. See Credits.

Currency

You are billed in the currency of your city: NOK, DKK or SEK. Prices are set per city, not converted.

If a line does not make sense to you, ask. We will read the invoice back rather than guess at it.
