Collection at the end
How the bike goes back when you stop.
When your subscription ends we collect the bike in a two-hour slot, the same way it was delivered.
Booking it
We offer slots when the notice period is confirmed. Weekdays 08 to 20, Saturdays 10 to 16.
What to have ready
The bike, the battery and the charger. Nothing needs to be cleaned or packed.
Charging
Charging stops at the end of the notice period, whether the bike has been collected by then or not. If a collection slips because of us, it does not cost you anything.
