Two-hour slots, weekdays 08 to 20, Saturdays 10 to 16.

Change your address or slot free until 18:00 the day before.

Choosing a slot

You pick the slot at sign-up from the ones the system offers for your city. City bikes arrive in 2 to 5 working days, Cargo bikes in 3 to 7.

If you are out

The driver waits, then leaves and we rebook. There is no charge for the first missed slot. Tell us before the cut-off if you know you will not be there and we will move it rather than send the van.

After the cut-off

We will offer the next slot the system has. We cannot hold a van for a slot that has already been loaded.
