Changing your address

Change your address or slot free until 18:00 the day before.

Same city

Tell us the new address and we move the delivery or the repair visit. We will send a one-time code first, because an address change is the sort of thing we want to be sure about.

Another city

Moving to another Sykla city is a cancellation and a new sign-up, because the bike belongs to the fleet in the city it came from. Ask us and a colleague sets both sides up so there is as little gap as possible.
