What we store, when location is recorded, and how to have it deleted.
We store your contact details, your subscription, your invoices and your bike status.
Location
Location is recorded only while the bike is locked or reported stolen. It is not recorded while you are riding, and we will only discuss it with the person the subscription belongs to, after we have verified who you are.
Deletion
On request we delete your data thirty days after your subscription ends. Ask us and a person handles it.
What we will not do on a chat
We will never read out card details, and we will not confirm whether an email address belongs to a customer until we know we are speaking to the person it belongs to.
