How Sykla works

Sykla rents electric bikes on a monthly subscription. You pay every month, the bike comes to your door, and we look after it for as long as you keep it.

What you pay for

Every plan includes delivery and collection, repairs at your address, the app-controlled frame lock, and theft cover. There is nothing else to buy and no deposit.

Prices are per month. You pay in the currency of your city: Norwegian kroner in Oslo, Bergen and Trondheim, Danish kroner in Copenhagen, Swedish kronor in Stockholm.

Getting the bike

1. Choose City, Cargo or Business and give us your address.
2. Pick a two-hour delivery slot.
3. The bike arrives in 2 to 5 working days for City, 3 to 7 for Cargo.
4. We hand it over, set up the lock in your app, and leave.

Living with it

The frame lock opens and closes from the app. If something breaks, book a mechanic in the app and we come to your address, usually within three working days. If the bike is stolen, tell us and cover applies.

Changing your mind

City and Cargo have a three-month minimum term. After that you can cancel with one month's notice, and we collect the bike in a two-hour slot.
