Pausing your subscription

Pause up to two months a year, in whole weeks. First month free, then NOK 290 a month. The bike stays with you and cover continues.

The rules

• Whole weeks only.
• Not during the first three months of a subscription.
• One pause at a time, and it cannot be backdated.
• It resumes on its own at the end of the period you set.

What stays on

The bike stays at your address, the lock works, the theft cover continues and repairs are still covered.

Business accounts

Business subscriptions cannot be paused. Reassign the bike to another rider instead. See Reassigning riders.
