One free swap every twelve months. Further swaps cost NOK 490.
City to Cargo is a swap plus the new price from your next invoice.
How it works
Ask us and we check what the city has in stock. The new bike is delivered and the old one collected, usually in the same slot.
Stock
Cargo bikes have a waiting list in Bergen and Trondheim more often than not. We will tell you where you stand rather than give you a date we cannot keep.
Reasons to swap
A size that never quite fitted, a City bike that has become a school run, or a Cargo bike that turned out to be more bike than you needed. All of them are fine.
