Cancelling

One month's notice after the minimum term. We collect the bike in a two-hour slot and stop charging at the end of the notice period.

The minimum term

Three months on City and Cargo. Twelve months on Business, with three months' notice.

Inside the term

Ask us. Cancelling inside the minimum term, or with an invoice still unpaid, is handled by a person rather than automatically.

What happens

1. You give notice.
2. We confirm the date charging stops.
3. We book a collection slot before that date.
4. A final invoice covers the notice period and any outstanding lines.

We will not argue with you about leaving.
