Moving from City to Cargo

Changing plan is handled as a swap. The Cargo price applies from your next invoice, not from the day the bike arrives.

What happens

1. Tell us you want to change. We check Cargo stock in your city.
2. The Cargo bike is delivered and the City bike is collected.
3. Your next invoice is at the Cargo price.

The swap fee

If you have already used your free swap in the last twelve months, the NOK 490 swap fee applies.

The other direction

Cargo to City works the same way, and the lower price applies from the next invoice.

Before you decide

A Cargo bike is longer and needs somewhere at ground level. Read City or Cargo first.
