Booking a mechanic

Book a mechanic in the app or with us and we come to your address within three working days.

Punctures, brakes, chains, batteries and lights are covered. If the bike is unsafe, do not ride it. We come the next working day.

What we will ask

At most three questions, to place the fault before we load the van. Usually: what is it doing, when did it start, and what does the battery say.

Business accounts

Fleet bikes are seen within two working days.

What we will not promise

A named mechanic. Whoever is on the round that day comes.
