Slots, the two-hour window, and the 48 hour promise.
Book a mechanic in the app or with us and we come to your address within 48 hours, in a two-hour slot you pick.
Punctures, brakes, chains, batteries and lights are covered. If the bike is unsafe, do not ride it until it is fixed.
What we will ask
At most three questions, to place the fault before we load the van. Usually: what is it doing, when did it start, and what does the battery say.
Business accounts
Fleet bikes are seen within two working days.
What we will not promise
A named mechanic. Whoever is on the round that day comes.
