If your bike is unsafe
What not to ride with, and how fast we come.
If the bike is unsafe, do not ride it until it is fixed. Tell us and we come within 48 hours, in a two-hour slot.
Do not ride with
- Brakes that do not stop the bike
- A crack or a bend anywhere in the frame, the forks or the handlebars
- A wheel that moves side to side
- A battery that is hot, swollen or smells of anything
What to do
Lock the bike, leave it, and tell us what you have found. Say plainly that you think it is unsafe, so we bring the right parts and give you the earliest slot we have.
We would rather come out and find nothing than have you ride it and find out you were right.
