If your bike is unsafe
What not to ride with, and how fast we come.
If the bike is unsafe, do not ride it. Tell us and we come the next working day.
Do not ride with
- Brakes that do not stop the bike
- A crack or a bend anywhere in the frame, the forks or the handlebars
- A wheel that moves side to side
- A battery that is hot, swollen or smells of anything
What to do
Lock the bike, leave it, and tell us what you have found. Say plainly that you think it is unsafe. That moves the booking to the next working day rather than the usual three.
We would rather come out and find nothing than have you ride it and find out you were right.
