What is covered

Repairs are part of the subscription. There is no per-visit charge for ordinary wear and ordinary faults.

• Batteries, chargers and motors
• Lights and wiring
• The frame lock

Not ordinary wear

Damage from a crash, from misuse, or from the bike being left somewhere it should not have been is still repaired. We come out and we fix it. Whether anything is charged for it is a separate conversation, and a person handles that rather than a chatbot.

Theft

Theft is not a repair. See If your bike is stolen.
