How fast we repair your bike

A mechanic comes to you within 48 hours of your report. We come to the address on your account, in a two-hour slot you pick from the ones we offer.

There is no emergency callout

We do not have an on-call service and we cannot come the same evening or overnight. Our mechanics are not on duty at all hours, and no plan buys that. Whoever is on the round comes in the slot you booked.

If the bike is not safe to ride

Lights, brakes and the lock are safety faults. Do not ride the bike until it is fixed. Lock it, leave it and tell us. We still come within 48 hours.

If we are late

If the visit slips past 48 hours you get a day of subscription credit for each day we are late. You do not have to ask for it. It appears on your next invoice.

If one visit is not enough

If the repair takes longer than one visit, ask us for a swap bike and you have something to ride while yours is off the road.
