If the app cannot reach your bike, we can unlock it from here.
We send a one-time code by text message, then unlock while you stand next to it.
What we will ask
- The code we have just sent you.
- That you are standing at the bike now.
What we will not do
We will not unlock a bike that has an open theft report. If your bike has been reported stolen, that report has to be closed first, and a person handles it.
There is a limit on how often a bike can be unlocked this way in a day. If you reach it, we will pass you to a colleague rather than keep going.
