Studded tyres are fitted free on request from 15 October to 15 April.

The lock works down to minus 20.

Range drops in the cold. Keep the battery indoors overnight below minus 10.

Booking the tyres

Ask us or book a mechanic visit in the app. The fitting is free and takes one visit.

If the lock will not respond in the cold

Tell us rather than forcing it. A lock that is slow or unresponsive on a cold morning is something we want to see, and there is nothing you can do to the bike that will fix it.
